Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your 12th Tribe finds, but we understand if a piece isn't the perfect fit. We offer easy returns and exchanges within 21 days of your order delivery date for store credit or a refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Your Method

  Select whether you would like to exchange for a different size, receive a digital gift card for store credit, or receive a refund minus the cost of the return shipping label.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in their original condition with tags attached, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Get Processed

  Once your return is received at our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for our team to inspect your items and issue your credit or refund.
